Y KNOT FARM + RANCH is a small, family-run operation in Lookingglass, Oregon, raising poultry on pasture with integrity and purpose. The Cornish Cross birds are raised outdoors, in chicken tractors open to the ground. Every few days, the tractors are moved to fresh grass, which makes up the bulk of their diet along with bugs and grubs, and the occasional grain supplement. They are processed, on farm, seasonally.

Dietary Benefits
