One cut for a long, slow braise plus pork chops, ground pork for easy weeknight dinners and bacon for breakfast! This package contains 9 pounds of pastured Carman Ranch pork, including a ~2-pound shoulder roast and four pork chops (2 sirloin chops and 2 loin chops), and 2 pounds of ground pork and 1 pound of bacon.
