OUR FAVORITE RECIPES FOR SHAVED STEAK

Cooking methods
- Stir fry, saute
- Hot and fast
SHAVED STEAK is the convenient product we used to dream about: thinly sliced bottom round that cooks in a hot wok in under 2 minutes, or can be added to hot broth in a bowl of pho.
The variety of recipes that showcase our shaved steak span multiple ethnicities and include a surprising number of sandwiches. Before you decide sandwiches aren’t for dinner, take a look. After adding a salad or roasted veggies, you might rethink your position.
A super-hot pan and quick hand getting the steak in an out of it are the key to a tender and delicious end result.
