Ready to really stock your freezer? The Fourth Share is 74 pounds of beef, or exactly twice what you get in the Eighth Share, with some additional savings built in.

You’ll get steaks, roasts, ground beef, braising cuts and broth, in roughly the proportions they come from the animal. It’s a good mix for cooking now and filling the freezer for later, without having to choose every cut yourself.

This is the most beef we sell and the lowest cost per serving. The tradeoff is freezer space. If you have the room and want to buy less often, this is the one. And if 74 pounds sounds like more than you need, you probably won't have much trouble finding a neighbor will split it with you.
