Carman Ranch combines the spectacular landscapes, lush grasslands and ranching tradition of Northeastern Oregon with a stewardship ethic based on the knowledge and values of today.
It's a magical balance of raising cattle on the open range without chemicals, antibiotics or commercial fertilizer and artisanal techniques such as dry-aging and hand cutting reinforced with stringent standards, humane treatment and careful timing.
