Brisket is the traditional cut used for corned beef, and is popular for barbecue, but is probably best known as a premium cut for pot roast as it becomes increasingly tender when cooked slowly at low temperatures. We also like it for smoking, brining, and poaching.
Our whole, 100% grass-fed beef briskets come in several weight ranges, from 4-1/2 pounds all the way up to 12-1/4 pounds!
