Lane manages the 120,000-acre Diamond Cross in SE Montana, and is a renaissance cowboy of sorts. Much of his time is spent on horseback, but he has a deep knowledge--and experience to match--of biodynamic techniques, cover crops and artificial beaver dams. We named this box after Lane because it includes the traditional steaks and favorite cuts you know and love, packed with the deep flavor and nutritional profile unique to our grassfed beef.
