Smoky Coffee Chili Oil

From Portland, OR-based Hot Mama Salsa.

Made from a blend of 4 different dried Mexican chilies toasted in peanut oil with black garlic, ground coffee and sesame seeds, it tastes good on everything from a grilled hanger steak, to eggs. But some of us are convinced that it was made to go on a lamb burger.
