The Tri-Tip Steak is a boneless steak cut from the tri-tip roast located in the bottom sirloin. It's a great choice for the grill, and for spice rubs and marinades. Because of its irregular shape, consider cutting the tri-tip in large chunks for more even cooking. Our 100% grassfed tri-tip averages 3-1/4 pounds.
