Brisket is the traditional cut used for corned beef, and is popular for barbecue, but is probably best known as a premium cut for pot roast as it becomes increasingly tender when cooked slowly at low temperatures. We also like it for smoking, brining, and poaching. 

Our whole, 100% grass-fed beef briskets come in three weight ranges:

  • 7 to  7-1/2 pounds
  • 8 to 8-1/2 pounds
  • 8-3/4  to 9 pounds
