Tenderloin = treat for a special-occasion, like Valentine's Day. Roasted whole, it makes a memorable yet easy meal.
If you're up for a little knife work, this is an amazing deal on a coveted, pricey cut. This tenderloin will be frozen when you receive it, and will need some clean up, trimming and maybe a bit of tying, but there's plenty of good advice online, including one produced just for Carman Ranch. So grab a sharp knife!
